The Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw was founded in 1977. Our programme follows holistic thinking about design. It combines product design, visual communication and fashion design with market knowledge, technology, social sciences, art and culture. The three fundamental pillars of our programme are design, art and theory. DesignFuture is the new MA programme. Its aim is to direct research and design towards our main goal that is the restoration of harmony between humanity and nature. This strategic goal requires sensitivity to social issues as well as synergy with developing technologies in order to build a new and ethical economy. Research and teaching concentrates around three wide, evolving, current subject areas: society, culture and the planet and their interconnectedness.
ArtCenter College of Design offers a new model for art and design education in the 21st century. Our visionary approach is based on the College’s conservatory-like approach to teaching and learning; a desire for rich, intercultural and transdisciplinary dialogue; and a mandate to provide students innovative learning and making spaces.
The School of Industrial + Graphic Design at Auburn University resides in the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction. Both programs are nationally recognized and the industrial design programs, graduate and undergraduate, remain as the only degree programs of their type in Alabama. Auburn has intentionally crafted distinct Foundation studios for 1st and 2nd year students. While there is certainly some overlap in content (color, 2D composition, 3D form development), the projects are able to focus on discipline specific deliverables and learning outcomes.
Central Saint Martins, UAL (CSM) is internationally renowned for the creative energy of its students, staff and graduates; and has an exceptional reputation for educating foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate and research students in arts, design and performance. UAL is second in the QS rankings of the top art and design universities in the world. Product, Ceramic & Industrial Design brings together four courses of study to engage in design through materiality and materiality through design: BA Product & Industrial Design, BA Ceramic Design, MA Industrial Design, MA Design Furniture, Ceramics and Jewellery.
CENTRO is an urban model for higher education in design, architecture, digital media and film in Mexico City. It focuses on the critical role of creativity in analyzing and resolving problems of varied complexity in diverse contexts, using a human centered and system-oriented approach. Through a specialized and personalized educational model, CENTRO forms creative experts with a socially conscious, sustainable, and entrepreneurial perspective. It offers 7 undergraduate and 20 graduate degree programs to future generations of creative leaders in Mexico and beyond.
ENSCI-Les Ateliers became the first school entirely devoted to design in France, it has been ranked first among French “Art and Design” training institutions in the annual QS World University Rankings. Today, it is ranked 22nd among the 800 best schools and universities in the world. Two diplomas are offered in initial training: Textile designer and Industrial Designer, each at Master level. In the field of Continuing Education, ENSCI delivers two Specialized Masters, accredited by the “Conference des Grandes Écoles”, as well as a post-graduate degree and a new Master of Science in Biomimicry.

IED Madrid is a design school that is part of the prestigious international design network IED (Istituto Europeo di Design). With Italian DNA, it runs more than 25 years of experience in Madrid. The education offered combines the culture and history of this city with a special focus on sustainable development, technology, new lifestyles, and master craftsmanship. With the bachelor’s degrees in Product Design and Interior Design in 2020, it has participated in several design exhibitions and awards as the Dubai Global Grad Show, the Artsthread Global Graduation Show -with three selected projects and an award from the public in product design-, or the iF Design Talent Award -with three finalists in the categories of interior design, home design, and industrial design, with a Best of the Year.

Partner of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Nantes, L’École de design Nantes Atlantique is a private institution for higher education dedicated to design professions, in association with the University of Nantes. The MDes Transcultural Design / Le Studio France is a two year postgraduate program that encourages the exploration of French culture in an applied interdisciplinary context. The program revolves around the acquisition of methodological tools from Design Thinking, promoting a comprehensive and user-centered approach to design projects.

The Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design at Pratt Institute has consistently ranked as one of the top interior design programs in the country, and is considered to be one of the most prominent and influential in the discipline. Furniture Design at Rhode Island School of Design is an expansive discipline, where students synthesize ideas about what furniture is, what it’s for, how it’s made, what it’s made of, and what potential it has for artists and designers. The department’s curriculum emphasizes hands-on work to foster skills with a variety of tools, techniques and technologies, and challenges students to develop ethical, sensitive, and knowledgeable use of materials. Useful objects are viewed as important expressions of culture, with the functional expectations one brings to an object understood as both an opportunity for innovation and a point to diverge from. Furniture Design students investigate some of the most important questions facing designers today—from how to take advantage of changing technologies and new materials, to how to respond to variable economic conditions and evolving lifestyles.
Rochester Institute of Technology’s Vignelli Center for Design Studies is an international hub for education, research, collaboration and advocacy which expands the scope of the programs in the College of Art and Design’s School of Design. The facility houses the archive of renowned designers Lella and Massimo Vignelli, whose works are icons of international design.
Since its founding in 1866, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) has been a leader in educating the world’s most influential artists, designers, and scholars. Starting with 18 students 28 years ago, the campus is now welcoming 750 motivated future designers. Since 2010, we have moved to Sèvres (Greater Paris area) on a brand new 3000 m2 campus where we offer 6 curriculums (Master in Product, Interaction, Identity, Mobility, Space Design and Bachelor for Modellers). Moreover Strate opened campuses in Bangalore (India), Singapore and Lyon (France).

The School of Design of Universidad de Medellín was founded in 2017 as the first school of Arts at the University, seeking to captivate avant-garde thoughts, logical and creative own dynamics of new educational trends. It is postulated as a method of action based on the human faculty to assume its interventions holistically, and thus, be able to translate, materialize and adapt its environment with practicality to individual or collective needs from the following fields of knowledge: Space Design Management, Fashion and Textile Design Management and Product Design Management.
